Together with his partner, Howard Spiegelman, founder and lead of the renowned Spiegelman-Rothman Team, the duo has sold upwards of $100 million dollars in real estate in 2012 and 2013, including the most transactions at The Harrison. Tim also sold the largest penthouse in Union Square at 15 Union Square West and was one of the few brokers to complete a deal in the Macklowe and CIM new construction at 432 Park Avenue. Other notable deals include 160 West 12th Street (Greenwich Lane), 25 Columbus Circle (Time Warner Building), 310 East 53rd Street, Morgan Lofts, 56 Leonard Street, 310 East 46th Street, The Aldyn, The Rushmore and The Avery. Townhouse sales include 35 Charlton, 451 West 54th Street and 129 East 61st Street.

Tim is a graduate of the century-old Trinity Pawling School and holds a degree from Connecticuts Quinnipiac University, where he majored in Marketing and Finance.
