A native of China and fluent in Mandarin Chinese, Wendy is a long term resident in the Financial District. Previously, she worked with private equity firm, and had been one of top executives at a China-related NASDAQ listing company. Possessing such a diversified work experience and culture background has enhanced Wendys understanding of her clients from different countries or backgrounds.

Wendy advises her clients in all types of real estate, acquisitions and leases, including both residential and commercial properties, such as condominium, co-ops, single family homes, multi-family properties, office or retail spaces, hotels, and development sites. Her network of international clients connects sellers with financially able international buyers. Her ability of understanding clients needs and maximizing clients return on investments, and her tireless work ethic and integrity fuel her success.
